About Us
Power Of Humanity Welfare Foundation (P.H.W.F.)
“Humanity in Service, Society in Development”
Power of Humanity Welfare Foundation (P.H.W.F.) is a registered, non-political, non-profit, and public welfare charitable trust. Our main purpose is very simple—to stand beside people as fellow human beings.
There are many people in our society who fall behind in life because they do not have access to education, healthcare, job opportunities, or even a little support when they need it. We want to stand beside such people and help them get opportunities to become independent and build a better life.
We believe— “The power of humanity is the greatest power in the world.”
We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, language, gender, or social status. For us, there is one identity that comes before everything else—we are all human beings.
Our main areas of work include education, healthcare, women and child development, youth development, skill development, creating employment opportunities, environmental protection, social awareness, and different public welfare activities.
We also organize blood donation programs, health check-up camps, tree plantation drives, training programs, support for people in need, and other humanitarian activities.
We believe that social service does not only mean giving money or materials to someone. Helping a person regain confidence, teaching useful skills, and helping them find a way to stand on their own feet are also important forms of social service.
We try to maintain transparency, honesty, accountability, and humanity in everything we do. With the support of our members, volunteers, well-wishers, and the general public, we want to build a society where every person can live with dignity, respect, and equal opportunitie
Our Commitment
“Humanity in Service, Society in Development.”
Our commitment is to stand beside people during difficult times, bring smiles to their faces, and work together to build a better, caring, and self-reliant society.
👉 Message from the Founder & Chairman
Dear Members, Volunteers, Well-Wishers, and everyone who wishes to walk on the path of humanity,
I often think about one simple question—
How many lives can one person change alone?
Maybe one, two, or a few.
But when hundreds of people come together for a good purpose, their small contributions can become a great force for change.
Similarly, Imagine a sick person suffering because they cannot afford proper treatment. One person may not be able to take responsibility for the entire cost of treatment. But if many people contribute a little, together we may be able to arrange the treatment that person needs.
Similarly, imagine a talented child from a poor family who is being forced to give up their education simply because of financial difficulties. It may be difficult for one person to take full responsibility for the child’s education. But if we all contribute a little according to our ability, together we can support that child’s education, protect their dreams, and help secure a better future for them.
Similarly, If a family is going through a difficult time, one person may only be able to provide limited help. But when the time, effort, love, and support of many people come together through an organization, that family may find the courage and support to start again.
This thought and belief are the foundation of the journey of Power of Humanity Welfare Foundation (P.H.W.F.).
We believe—
“The power of humanity is the greatest power in the world.”
For us, becoming a member of an NGO does not simply mean receiving an ID card or having your name connected with an organization.
Membership means accepting a responsibility.
It means becoming a part of an underprivileged person’s hope.
It means helping to keep a child’s dream alive.
It means standing beside someone who is sick.
It means encouraging an unemployed young man or woman to become self-reliant.
And it means trying to do something for society according to your own ability.
The help that may seem very small to you can become a great hope or blessing in someone else’s life.
One person cannot do everything alone, but together we can do much more.
So, let us think not only about ourselves but also about the people around us.
We may not be able to change the whole world, but we can change the world of one person.
And in this way, one person can inspire ten, ten can inspire hundreds, and hundreds can inspire thousands. Together, we can bring positive change to many lives.
Your trust, love, time, effort, and support are our greatest strength.
Let us work together to build a society where people stand beside one another during difficult times and where humanity is shown not only through words, but through our actions.
“The power of humanity is the greatest power in the world.”
If any of my words or thoughts have unintentionally hurt anyone’s feelings, I sincerely apologize. Our purpose is never to hurt anyone. Our purpose is to bring people closer to one another through service to humanity.
With respect,
SEKH SAINUR ISLAM

Why Join Power of Humanity Welfare Foundation (P.H.W.F.)?
There are many social welfare organizations in the world. Every organization tries to serve people in its own way. We do not want to compare ourselves with any other organization or compete with anyone. We simply want to say—Our path is the path of humanity.
Joining Power of Humanity Welfare Foundation does not simply mean becoming a member of an NGO. For us, it means getting an opportunity to do something meaningful for people. Here, your identity is not just “Member.” You can become someone’s hope, courage, and support.
One hour of your time may bring a smile to the face of an elderly person in need. A small contribution from you may put a book in a child’s hands. Your blood donation may save the life of someone you have never met. A tree planted by you may help create a better environment for future generations. And a skill taught by you may open a new way for an unemployed person to earn a living.
That is why, at P.H.W.F., a member is not just a member—A member is a partner in positive change.
We do not only want to help people; we want to help them stand on their own feet. We do not only want to give donations; we want to create opportunities. We do not only want to talk about problems; we want to become part of the solution. We do not want to come together only during programs and events; we want to come together when people truly need us. This is the main idea behind our work.
For us, before rich or poor, religion, caste, language, or social identity, there is one identity that matters most—“We are all human beings.”
You do not need to be rich to join P.H.W.F. You do not need to hold a big position. You do not need to have the ability to donate a large amount of money. All you need is a caring heart and a willingness to do something for others.
We want to build a family where one member stands beside another member, and together we stand beside people in society who need our support. Your act of kindness today may inspire ten more people tomorrow. Those ten may inspire hundreds, and those hundreds may inspire thousands.
This is how humanity spreads. This is how society changes.
So, let us not be members only—Let us become partners in serving humanity. What may be difficult to achieve alone can become possible when we work together.
Your small contribution + Our collective effort = A big change in someone’s life.
